- Manage care for infants from a busy newborn nursery service
- Work in a team model with 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours
- Participate in home-based night call while benefiting from 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
- Perform and maintain hands-on neonatal procedures as part of clinical care
- Collaborate within a supportive, team-oriented, collegial practice environment
- Contribute to mentorship and professional development for colleagues, including support for new graduates
Required
- Medical degree and specialty training in neonatology (specific requirements not listed)
- Ability to reside within the immediate local area (residency required)
- Neonatology experience (position is also open to fresh graduates)
- Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary care environments
