How You Will Make a Difference- Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Supervise daily activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Adhere to Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure compliance of all nursing personnel with the facility's written policies and procedures.
- Active RN license in your state of residence.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Customer service-oriented with a proven ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Outstanding technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with a commitment to confidentiality.
