• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Customer service oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

$7k sign-on bonus for full-time RN.

Salary Range

Up to USD $43.83 per hour.
