In this role you will:- Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to coordinate the patient’s plan of care.
- Work within a highly specialized area of nursing and enjoy the autonomy that comes from working within a home care service.
- Assist patients who are initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
- Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in a one‑on‑one setting.
- Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills to interact with key partners.
- Participate in on‑call as the business needs.
- You will primarily visit patients within a two‑hour drive of Los Angeles (approximately 60‑70% of the time), focusing on the northern part of Los Angeles including Pasadena, Glendale, and the San Fernando Valley.
- Travel throughout the state 10‑20% of the time, resulting in overnight stays of 2‑3 days.
- When not traveling, you will work from home 10‑20% of the time.
- Candidates must reside within one hour of LAX or Hollywood Burbank airports.
- Must live within one hour of LAX or Hollywood Burbank airports.
- Registered Nurse with a current unrestricted license in the state of CA and ability to obtain additional licensure for multi‑state service area.
- Two years of experience in a critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high‑tech infusions, or two years of high‑tech home infusion experience.
- Ability to build positive business relationships with all levels of medical/clinical personnel.
- Ability to travel as noted above and as business needs require.
- Have and maintain a current CPR certification.
- Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Participate in the on‑call rotation as determined by staffing and business needs.
- Experience caring for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension – PAH is great, but not required.
- Home healthcare and pediatric experience is preferred, but not required.
- CRNI certification is preferred, but not required.
- RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$32.01 - $68.55
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
