Dormont Manufacturing Co seeks a CRNP for the Home-Based Primary Care Program to provide comprehensive care for homebound patients. The CRNP will work closely with a multidisciplinary health-care team to manage geriatric syndromes, develop plans of care, and ensure high-quality communication with patients and families.
Applicants should have a Master’s Degree and National Board Certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. A strong interest in and experience with the geriatric population is preferred, along with BLS certification and at least 2 years of experience as a CRNP.
