Role Overview
VIVO Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area. This hybrid role offers a flexible work environment, combining time in our DFW clinics with the opportunity to work from home.
You will play a key role in overseeing infusion care provided by nurses in our physician-based ambulatory infusion centers via telehealth as needed. You will create and maintain individualized care plans, ensuring safe and effective care, and serve as the primary clinical liaison between referring physicians and the infusion center.
Compensation and Benefits- Pay Range: $62.00 - $66.00/hour
- Bonus: 5% Annual Target (performance-based)

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Travel: As needed to other DFW clinics
- Locations: Fort Worth, Burleson, Southlake, and Arlington, TX
- Review clinical information and admit appropriate patients for infusion.
- Develop and monitor initial plans of care.
- Perform physical exams and confirm suitability for infusion.
- Review lab reports and request diagnostic studies as needed.
- Consult with the supervising Medical Director and document in the EMR.
- Provide patient education and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Current license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of service.
- Current DEA license.
- ONCC/CRNI certification preferred.
- Rheumatology and/or infusion experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of clinic setting experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
