Location: Chesterfield
Position Overview
Collaborative Care Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Opportunity in St. Louis, MO.
Responsibilities- Provide virtual consults and support the Collaborative Care behavioral health integration program.
- Conduct phone calls with PCPs to review medications or next steps in care.
- Collaborate with case managers for brief interventions addressing behavioral health needs.
- Advanced Practitioner experience prescribing and managing medications.
- Must reside in the St. Louis area.
- Hybrid position: 20 hours per week onsite at Mercy Clinic Adult Psychiatry – Town and Country.
- 20 hours per week remote work from home.
- Hours:
Monday–Friday 8 am–4:30 pm. - Full-time position.
- Outpatient clinic.
- No weekend or call requirement.
- System-wide Epic EMR.
