Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager – Home HealthSchedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with on-call rotation approximately one weekend every 2 months.

The OSU Wexner Medical Center Home Care.
Hybrid Option: 3 days in office and 2 days work from home after 90 days.
Ideal Candidate:
Current RN with a minimum of 3 years experience in an acute care setting. Home health experience is highly desired.
As a Clinical Manager, Home Care, your everyday work ensures quality and safe delivery of home health services.

Provide oversight of all personnel and patient care services. Monitor compliance, quality, and safe delivery of services following clinical processes.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY- Operations: Ensure Start-of-Care compliance and focus on outcome monitors. Participate in on-call rotation and patient staffing as needed.
- Patient Care: Complete patient visits as needed and assist with any patient issues.
- Budget: Manage costs, monitor supplies, overtime, staffing, bonuses, and visits per episode.
- Hiring and Training: Select and onboard staff.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with intake, manage referral volume, and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Supervision: Oversee liaison and clinical staff, ensure timely charting, identify education needs, manage on-call roster, PTO, call offs, and productivity reviews.
- Minimize Patient Risk: Ensure quality and safe delivery of services.
- Policies: Review clinical documentation and maintain current knowledge of Medicare, federal, insurance, company, and hospital guidelines and protocols.
- Compassionate communicator with a positive attitude.
- Patience when working with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
- Attention to detail and observant following directions.
- Critical thinker capable of problem‑solving clinical needs.
- Current RN or PT license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of three years of experience as an RN or PT in an acute care setting.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver.
- Capable of meeting all physical demands.
