Job Requirements- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program in Family or Adult-Geriatric practice.
- Active Nurse Practitioner license for the state of New York.
- National board certification through AANP, ANCC, or ONCC.
- Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Experience using EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work independently while conducting home-based patient care.
