Remote RN Triage Call Navigator; PRN

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Clinical Communication Call Center. This role emphasizes providing exceptional service via phone, email, and text for patient inquiries post-discharge. The RN will perform assessments, offer recommendations, and direct patients to appropriate care.

The position is entirely remote, requiring candidates to have a minimum of 5 years RN experience and excellent communication skills. A generous benefits package is included along with hourly pay ranging from $36.71 to $56.17, depending on experience.
