Opti Mind Health  (OMH) is a clinician‑led behavioral health organization delivering outpatient services in Massachusetts and Colorado, with expansion into other states. OMH emphasizes a holistic, cost‑effective model supporting both adult and adolescent patients.

• Participate in the integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
• Provide medication management and individual psychotherapy.
• Offer family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.
• Customize care and determine visit frequency and length for each patient.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with back‑office support for billing, collections, and credentialing.

• Create and manage a custom schedule to achieve a desired work/life balance.
• Typical workdays are Monday‑Friday, 07:00 AM–07:00 PM.
• No additional on‑call duties; focus solely on patient care.

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado and/or Massachusetts.
• Experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under psychiatric supervision.
• Preferably successful completion of the PMHNP‑BC exam.
