Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Short Commutes, High Quality of Life Location

Full-Time | 40 hours/week

$160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus incentive bonus, depending on experience. Potential to earn up to $300,000 annually (based on productivity).

We’re hiring a full-time, on‑site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient primary care clinic. You’ll care for patients at a sustainable pace — around 3 patients per hour — with a strong administrative team managing scheduling and daily operations.

This role is intentionally designed to reduce burnout and allow providers to focus on meaningful, relationship‑based care.

• Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct physical exams and preventive screenings
• Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and ethical medical documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care team members
• Follow established clinical guidelines and protocols

• Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license — required
• National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Current DEA license
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑first mindset
• Interest in community‑based, mission‑driven healthcare
