Crains Cleveland is seeking a Remote Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Farmington, CT. In this role, you will provide patient care via telephone, focusing on wellness and chronic illness while upholding professional nursing standards.
You are expected to document information accurately in the EHR and collaborate with healthcare teams. The position requires a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, currently licensed as an RN in Connecticut, and at least 3 years of experience.
We offer a competitive pay range of $29.00 to $52.00 per hour, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) contributions.
