Overview

Nice Healthcare delivers integrated primary, musculoskeletal, and mental health care through convenient in‑home and virtual visits. Founded and led by nurse practitioners, the mission is to make everyday care easy and affordable.

Day Shift: 8‑hour shifts 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST or 10‑hour shifts 7:00 am – 5:30/6 pm CST. FTE 0.8375 or 1.0.

Virtual care available in 12 states; in‑person visits in select cities.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Participate in a virtual weekend rotation every 4th weekend (Sat/Sun 9:00 am – 12:00 pm).
• Provide both in‑person and virtual patient care based on market‑specific needs.
• Submit in‑house and outside referrals based on patient needs.
• Work independently and collaborate with an integrated care team (mental health, physical therapy).
• Contribute to the mission of changing how people get and experience healthcare.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• National certification from ANCC/AANP or NCCPA.
• Current unrestricted license in the state of practice.
• Ability to lift a 30 lb bag frequently.
• Insured, safe vehicle in acceptable condition.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Space to store supplies for in‑person visits.
• Excellent time‑management skills, able to transition between patient needs quickly.
• Comfortable with and excited about using technology.
• Willingness to travel full day in the community.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy skills, or willingness to learn (training provided).
