Make a difference | Your mission

• You support the HR team in our HR transformation project, which includes the introduction of a new HR management system (Workday).
• Step by step, you take over various tasks and processes.
• We have research activities and the creation of evaluations in your capable hands.

• You are enrolled in a current study program with a focus on human resources management, business administration or a comparable direction.
• You have a strong data affinity, work structured and independently.
• You have the ability to channel different information into a context and juggle various balls in the air.
• You have an excellent communication skill.
• You bring enthusiasm and joy to teamwork, also in an international context with good English skills.
• You have a routine handling of MS Office (especially MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) as well as Google Sheets, Google Presentations/Slides, Google Drive, etc.
• Your German skills are at least fluent in writing and speaking (C1).
