Horizon Hospice of Colorado is seeking an After-Hours Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time to full-time overnight shifts. This role provides critical care and support for hospice patients and families. Responsibilities include managing urgent needs and providing symptom management during overnight hours.
The position offers flexible scheduling (2-4 shifts per week) with a structured hourly pay rate of $20/hour, plus additional compensation for in-person visits. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and hospice or home health experience.
