HOSPITAL FLOAT POOL

As a hospital resource RN you will be assigned to various units within your scope of competencies. This is a full‑time, first‑shift (day shift) position located in Williamsburg, VA.

• Assess and admit patients.
• Perform rounding checks.
• Administer medications.
• Communicate with families.
• Provide overall patient care.

• RN degree.
• Minimum 18 months of recent hospital‑based bedside RN experience (Med/Surg, IMCU/Stepdown, ICU, or ED).
• Valid RN license to practice in VA.
