Bay Care is looking for its newest IV Team Registered Nurse to care for a sub‑specialty group of patients in Winter Haven, FL. The registered nurse will use the nursing process and clinical standards to care for patients, delegate tasks to other team members, manage professional accountability, and act as a preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. This role promotes evidence‑based clinical care and clinical excellence.

Required:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
ExperienceRequired:
1 year acute care experience or 1 year interventional/procedural experience, or 6 months RN acute care or interventional/procedural experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment
