Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

We are looking for a Vascular Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and identify patients in need of Vascular Care in remote offices, nursing homes, and rehab facilities. As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be our go‑to person for ensuring that patients receive the best possible vascular care to meet their needs. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, interpreting lab and ultrasound results, and overseeing patients’ vascular health and needs.
You’ll be a health practitioner, marketer, and an educator, educating patients and referral sources about Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) and Dialysis Access Maintenance.
- Examine patients and their medical records
- Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X‑rays, etc.)
- Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
- Propose treatments for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) or other vascular conditions
- Prescribe medications
- Maintain accurate records and schedules
- Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
- Educate patients, family members, and referral sources on Peripheral Artery Disease and its treatment

- Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting
- Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations

- Education & Licensure
:- Degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Active NP or PA license in the applicable state
- National certification (AANP, ANCC for NP; NCCPA for PA)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Driver's License
- Skills
:- Comfortable working independently
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
$125,000 - $154,000 USD
