Education
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
Master's Degree in Nursing Preferred
Experience
3 years experience in disease or case management services with focus on telephonic
management, medical reconciliation and ambulatory care coordination Required

Experience with clinical, hospital-based information systems Required
Licenses
PA Registered Nurse License Required
