Position Overview

Pay Range: $30.50 - $46.80 per hour, dependent on experience, skills, certifications, education.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers eager to apply clinical knowledge to coordinate and perform hands‑on acute patient care at the bedside.

Graduate from an accredited nursing school with licensure in the state of practice required. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience in healthcare preferred.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice required. Wisconsin RNs may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license per Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Provide acute patient care on Med/Surg unit, coordinating with interdisciplinary team, monitoring patient status, administering medications, and performing bedside procedures. Work nights and ensure continuity of care.
