Concierge Home Care is seeking a Weekend Virtual Care Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional patient care from home. This position requires an active Florida LPN license and a minimum of 2 years home health experience.
As a key member of the Virtual Care team, you will conduct virtual assessments, perform triage, and support high-risk patients. The role is remote, with consistent weekend hours and a pay range of $20.00 – $22.25 per hour.
