Job Title: Direct Support Professional
Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $29.00/hr (depending on certifications)
Shifts Needed: AM, PM, and NOC
Job Status: Full Time & Part Time

The Direct Support Professional supports individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting their health, safety, and well‑being. Direct Support Professionals also serve as advocates to improve the overall quality of life for our clients.

• Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients as written in their Individual Program Plan.
• Assist clients with bathroom needs.
• Change clients’ undergarments and/or clothing if needed.
• Prepare daily meals and assist with clean‑up.
• Pick‑up/drop‑off clients in company vans from/to their home or facility (if necessary).

• Direct Support Professional Certificate – DSP Year 1 & Year 2 (must be obtained within first 12 months of hire).
• Registered Behavior Technician Certificate – RBT (must be obtained within first 12 months of hire).
• First Aid/CPR & CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a California driver’s license.
• Must successfully pass all pre‑employment requirements, including, but not limited to, a background check.

• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
