Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Lynn, Massachusetts.

  • Hybrid RN Case Manager role focused on coordinating care for aging adults living independently at home.
  • Community-based nursing opportunity centered around care planning, continuity of care, and service coordination.
