Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics. In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete.
Position Details:Primary Care RN or LPN
- Mercy Clinic Internal Medicine
- Sullivan

Sullivan, MO 63080
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
No weekends or holidays!
Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule. Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings and 1-2 times per week.
LPNQualifications:
- Education:
Diploma in Practical Nursing - Licensure:
Active LPN license - Experience:
2-3 years of experience strongly preferred
Qualifications:
- Education:
Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree - Licensure:
Active RN license - Experience:
2-3 years of experience strongly preferred
Skills:
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
- Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
- Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
- Excellent time management and prioritization.
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
