The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) invites applications for a full‑time faculty position to teach Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing courses in the Undergraduate/Pre‑Licensure Programs.
Required Qualifications- Minimum of two (2) years of psychiatric/mental health nursing experience.
- Master’s degree in nursing (PhD preferred).
- Valid registered nurse license in Alabama or eligibility to obtain one.
- Commitment to a full‑time, non‑remote position.
- Doctoral degree in nursing or related field.
- Post‑master’s or post‑doctoral research experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing.
- Experience with community or health systems nursing education.
