Elevance Health is seeking a Telephonic RN Nurse Case Manager I to manage care for members with complex needs. This role allows for remote work while still requiring some in-person training. You will develop and coordinate care plans, conduct assessments, and monitor their effectiveness.
Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS in a health-related field, a valid RN license, and at least 3 years of clinical experience. Other preferred skills include experience with utilization review and strong communication abilities.
