Registered Nurse After Hours
The Registered Nurse After Hours is responsible for providing patient care in a variety of settings including traditional residential homes, assisted and skilled facilities, hospitals and the hospice care center – locations are throughout Mesa County, in and around Grand Junction, CO. This role is responsible for making symptom management and urgent visit needs and attending after‑hour deaths for all Hope West service lines.
The After‑Hours Nurse is an experienced clinician skilled at quickly assessing the patient/family situation and possible interventions. Communication is thorough and specific to the audience. The RN will work from home between patient visits. The schedule is 3‑12hr shifts, 7pm–7am that rotate through nights of the week, no set schedule but the nurse will know their shifts 6 weeks in advance.
