Fully Remote NP — Opioid Use Disorder Care

Boulder Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners aligned with harm reduction principles to provide patient care for opioid use disorder in a fully remote setting. This full-time W2 position allows clinicians to independently initiate buprenorphine treatment within a supportive team environment.

We offer competitive salaries ranging from $125,000 to $140,000 and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, plus extensive paid time off. Ideal candidates should have 6 months of relevant experience in an outpatient setting.
