Sentara Care Plex Hospital in Hampton, VA is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Medicine Unit. $15K Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance for Qualified Candidates. New grads are welcome. Nurse Residency Program available.

Hampton, VA. Shift: First (Days) 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

• Assess and admit patients.
• Conduct rounding checks.
• Administer medications.
• Talk with family members.
• Be responsible for overall care of patients.

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
• RN-Associate's Degree, RN-Bachelor's Degree, RN-Diploma, or RN-Master's Degree.

Medicine Unit – 4 James provides care to acute and chronic care patients aged 18+ with a special focus on senior population. Candidates should be compassionate, dependable, flexible, and hardworking. New graduates are welcome.

Sentara Care Plex Hospital, located in Hampton, VA, is a 224-bed technologically advanced, acute care facility, a Certified Primary Stroke Center. It offers specialized services in heart and vascular, urologic care, advanced diagnostics, and surgical capabilities, including a hospitalist program and a busy emergency department. The hospital also hosts the Orthopedic Hospital at Sentara Care Plex.
