Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Knoxville, Tennessee.

This is a Fee for Service (W2) position. Compensation ranges from $61,000 to $89,000 per year, based on 15–20 clinical hours per week.

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients in an ongoing in‑person and telemedicine capacity
• Provide care for clients aged 14 and up
• Prescribe medication as needed to reduce mental health symptoms
• Create and collaborate with clients on care plans
• Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools for clients
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services at the various sites
• Willingness to visit a Thriveworks location for in‑person collaborator meetings

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state
• Licensing in Tennessee (must reside in the state)
• Experience:
  
  1 year of psychiatry practice required; 3 years of experience a plus
• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus
• Part‑time availability of 15–20 hours per week

• Partial remote work with limited visits to offices for collaborator meetings
