Full time 6 am- 6pm (weekends only) or FT 6 pm- 6am. Sign on bonus available to all associates hired before 6/30/2026.

Part time position available 6 pm- 11 pm

Pay:
Starting at $36.00 per hour; higher rates are available for experienced nurses.

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is a unique 130 bed skilled nursing facility, specializing in behavioral and mental health. 80% of our residents are fully independent and can get themselves up and dressed in the morning. We are tasked with creating a home-like environment for individuals who are often forgotten about or easily discarded by society. • Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Provide assistance as necessary with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks.
• Collect lab samples.
• Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families and medical professionals.
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

• LPN (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
