• Licensed in Colorado with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Must live in Colorado (this is not a fully remote position and requires in‑office presence).
• Must have or be able to obtain prescriptive authority.
• Must have or be able to obtain a DEA number.
• Must have at least 1 year of PMHNP experience.
