• Licensed in Colorado with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Must live in Colorado (this is not a 100% remote position and requires in‑office presence)
• Must have or be able to obtain prescriptive authority.
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA registration.
• Must have at least 1 year of PMHNP experience.

$144,000 – $276,000 a year.

We operate 35+ offices across Colorado, from Fort Collins in the north, through Boulder County and Greater Denver, to Colorado Springs in the south and Grand Junction in the west. We plan to expand well into 2026.
