Location: Epsom
Concord Hospital is seeking a Weekend Practice Nurse to provide weekend triage coverage (Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am–5:00 pm) with remote option after training. You will support primary care weekend access under a Practice Manager, delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care to diverse patients.
You will assess clinical data, triage calls, administer medications, educate patients, and document in the electronic medical record.
