Pay Info: $15,000 Sign on Bonus

Eligibility: Must reside within 60 miles of Fargo, ND;
Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm;

Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Urology Clinic, providing patient care and support primarily via telephone and electronic communication. The role includes triage, counseling, and coordination with providers, while adhering to clinic protocols and EMR documentation. The RN will work full time, with orientation in clinic for six months, followed by a work‑from‑home arrangement.

• Respond to patient phone calls and electronic messages related to Urology concerns, questions, and follow-up care.
• Assess patient concerns and relay appropriate information, recommendations, or instructions according to clinic protocols.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to address patient needs and coordinate care plans.
• Answer patient inquiries and triage calls, determining severity of symptoms and appropriate next steps.
• Provide patient and family education as needed.
• Utilize nursing assessment skills and adhere to triage protocols.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred;
  Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Within the first 30 days of employment, complete all licensing and competence requirements for telephone nursing practice in states where patients reside.
