Registered Nurse
This is a "multiple-fill" job opening: A total of two (2) Full-Time, Registered Nurses will be hired to fill this job opening. Hours & shifts are identical for all hires. (see below for work schedule detail)

The
D. Dan and Betty Kahn Health Care Pavilion is a 12-story hospital that will house 264 private rooms capable of converting to intensive care; a state-of-the-art neurosciences center; and high-level, specialty care services for cardiovascular and thoracic patients, along with advanced imaging. The 690,000-square-foot hospital which also features 20 surgical and three interventional radiology suites is being constructed adjacent to the Frankel Cardiovascular Center, with plans for bridge and tunnel connections to existing inpatient care facilities.
Provide direct patient care to multiple surgical population (ICU, general care and OP). Maintain patient's airway, VS/I&O. Monitor EKG, arterial line, PA catheter, etc. Pain management (PCA and Epidural). Participate as a member of the collaborative health team. Provide patient/family education. Prepare unit for Pre-op patients (IV set-up review charts for H&P, consent, etc.). Provide direct care for Pre-op patients.
Required Qualifications *- Current licensure to practice nursing in the state of Michigan.
- Two (2) years of ED, ICU, or PACU (includes caring for patients at an ICU level of care) RN experience with a minimum of 20 hours per week within the last three (3) years.
- Call commitment with 45-minute response time.

C. Actual Nursing Framework LEVEL and salary will be determined at time of hire. Nursing Framework levels range from Level A to Level
