Fairview Health Services seeks a Care Coordinator RN to join the Surgical Specialties team at M Health Fairview Clinics & Surgery Center. This casual, hybrid role offers approximately 50% remote work after orientation and training.
Shifts vary between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with no weekends, holidays, or on‑call requirements, providing balance between patient care and life. The RN will coordinate care within a specialty, educate staff and patients, and lead transition planning.
