Included Health seeks a board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Arizona to support a virtual comprehensive care model for patients of all ages. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings, with multi-state RN/NP licensure and multiple state licenses preferred.
The position offers two schedule options:
Modified Full-Time (32 hours/week) and Part Time (20 hours/week) with evening shifts and weekend rotations.
