Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital is seeking an LPN/LVN or RN for a remote patient monitoring role. You will manage a panel of patients with chronic conditions from your home office, reviewing vitals, conducting monthly check-ins, and escalating concerns to supervising providers.
The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Up to $25/hour with full-time commitment and opportunities for career growth within CGM’s RPM program.
