UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Clinical Transfer Coordinator (RN) to coordinate safe patient transfers through triage using the nursing process and by liaising with referring providers to match patients with the most appropriate receiving teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Massachusetts RN licensure, and at least 3 years of emergency department experience, with strong communication and computer skills.
Night shift 7p–7a, with every third weekend/holiday.
