Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

$125k - $145k/year. Full‑time, Exempt.

Birmingham, Alabama.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will participate in the integrated care team model ication management and individual psychotherapy are primary clinical tasks. Clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed. Clinicians have autonomy to determine patient visit frequency and length.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing medication management and individual psychotherapy.
• Performing family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing.
• Customizing care plans for each patient.
• Documenting clinical care and treatment sessions.
• Managing billing documentation processed by the support team.

Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Experience with patients having mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under consulting psychiatrist supervision. New graduates welcomed. Preferred:
Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).

Clinicians work remotely from home or from office locations in Colorado and Massachusetts, with the option for full‑remote positions. Typical hours Monday‑Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Clinicians are responsible for their own patient care schedule with no additional on‑call responsibilities.
