Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

Location: Parma, Ohio

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 per year (exempt)

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) will work with the integrated care team model at OMH, providing medication management, psychotherapy, and other behavioral health services to outpatient patients. The role offers flexible scheduling and remote work options.

• Participate in the interdisciplinary care team that includes physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals.
• Customize treatment plans for each patient, including determining visit frequency and session length.
• Provide medication management and individual psychotherapy.
• Offer family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow treatment protocols.
• Cooperate with back‑office support to ensure billing, collections, credentialing, and other administrative tasks are completed.
• Cover care for own patients only – no on‑call or additional responsibilities.

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado and/or Massachusetts.
• Experience caring for patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
• Successful completion of PMHNP‑BC exam(s) is preferred; new graduates welcome.
