Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) $125k - $145k/year

Position Requirement: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: Dothan, Alabama

Salary: 125K - 145K+

• Participate in the integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
• Provide medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.
• Customise the care plan for each patient, determining frequency of visits and session length.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation following treatment sessions.
• Work independently on scheduled appointments, with no additional on‑call commitments.

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado and/or Massachusetts.
• Experience with patients exhibiting mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments under consulting psychiatrist supervision.
• Preference for candidates who have successfully completed the PMHNP-BC exam(s).
