Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 per year
Location: Bristol, Tennessee
Position: Full‑time, exempt

• Participate in an integrated care team model with physicians, psychologists, and mental health professionals.
• Provide medication management and individual psychotherapy to adult and adolescent patients.
• Conduct family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as indicated.
• Customize care plans for each patient, determining visit frequency and duration.
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation following each session.
• Collaborate on evidence‑based treatment plans and coordinate care with the team.

• Create custom schedules that fit your needs.
• Typically work Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑7:00 PM.
• No additional on‑call duties; focus solely on patient care.

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Colorado and/or Massachusetts.
• Experience working with patients having mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
• New graduates are welcomed.
• Preferred:
  Successful completion of the PMHNP‑BC exam(s).
