Redcrest Home Health LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate home-based nursing care in the Monticello, Delphi, and Frankfort area of Indiana. The role follows physician orders and case manager goals, with on-call requirements and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM.
You will work autonomously in patients' homes, educating families and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes and safe, effective care during recovery
