Pro Health Home Health and Hospice in Anniston, Alabama is seeking a caring RN Hospice Case Manager to coordinate in-home care for terminally ill patients. You will work with the IDG, assess needs, and support families through bereavement.
Candidates must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold an Alabama RN license, and have strong independent judgment, crisis response, and interpersonal skills. Two years' RN experience and recent patient contact are preferred.
