Job Title: Home Therapies Registered Nurse (RN)
Department: Patient Care Services
Reports To: Home Therapies Lead RN
FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 based on experience
- Patient Training Bonus: $750 per new patient trained
- Bonus Potential: $4,500 – $30,000 annually
- Vehicle Stipend or Company Tesla/similar vehicle (in qualified situations)

As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you ll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients. You ll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. Responsibilities- Training and
Education:
Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence. - Clinical Care: Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel to patients homes within your assigned region.
- Registered Nurse: Possess a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Dialysis
Experience:
