Ennoble Care is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager to join our home-based care team in Union/Essex County, NJ. The RN will conduct skilled nursing assessments, plan and implement care, and coordinate with physicians and the Interdisciplinary Team to maximize patient comfort and quality of life.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with NJ RN licensure, at least one year of RN experience (hospice preferred), and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
