Riverside Regional Hospice is seeking a licensed practical nurse to deliver comprehensive skilled nursing care to home-based clients in Newport News, VA. You will work under the supervision of the Care Manager and collaborate with physicians and RNs to manage pain, symptoms, and end-of-life care.
The role requires an LPN license, CPR/BLS cert within 30 days, and a valid Virginia driver’s license. Weekend shifts and travel by personal vehicle are expected as needed.
